Where We Ship
We offer worldwide shipping to customers in most countries. However, we do not ship to high-risk (red-listed) countries. If you are unsure whether your country is eligible for shipping, please contact our customer service team at support@cyodor.com.
Processing Times
Please allow up to 48 hours after completing your payment for us to process your order. During this time, our team carefully collects and packages your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Pre-orders: If your order includes pre-order items, your shipment will be sent only when all items are ready.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your shipment:
- Track Your Order: Use our order tracking page or the carrier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is refused due to customs or duties, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances:
- If your order has not arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery period, please contact us by email at support@cyodor.com
- We can lodge an investigation with the courier on your behalf for lost or delayed shipments.
- Insured Shipping: If you purchased insured shipping, and your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@cyodor.com with your order number. Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered, we are unable to retrieve it and do not accept responsibility.
Important Notes
- Leave-in-Safe-Place Deliveries: If you authorize the courier to leave the package in a safe place, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Split Shipments: Our items can be shipped separately. By choosing insured shipment, all your shipments will be insured for this price.
- Delivery Guarantees: We require a signature on delivery for all orders unless otherwise arranged. If you opt out of the signature requirement, you assume responsibility for the package upon delivery.
