6. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
6.1 Order Acceptance and Confirmation
When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, but this does not indicate final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Errors in product descriptions or pricing.
- Issues related to stock availability.
- Detection of fraudulent transactions or unusual purchasing behavior.
- Violations of our terms or legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6.2 Product Pricing and Currency
All prices listed on our website are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) for orders within the EU, but additional customs duties or local taxes may apply for international shipments. Prices may fluctuate due to market changes, and we reserve the right to modify product pricing without prior notice.
6.3 Taxes and VAT Compliance
For EU customers, VAT is included in the displayed price based on the destination country. For business customers, VAT reverse charge may apply for orders exceeding a certain amount, subject to pre-arrangement. If you are purchasing as a business entity, you must provide a valid VAT number for compliance.
6.4 Payment Methods and Security
We accept multiple secure payment options, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
- PayPal
- Klarna, Afterpay, or other installment payment providers (availability may vary by country)
- iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact (region-specific payment methods)
All payments are processed through encrypted third-party payment processors, ensuring the highest level of security. We do not store or process your card details directly.
6.5 Afterpay and Payment Obligations
If you opt for an afterpay service, such as Klarna or Afterpay, you acknowledge that the payment agreement is between you and the selected provider. The provider's terms and conditions will apply to your repayment obligations. We bear no responsibility for issues such as late fees, declined payments, or disputes arising from afterpay services. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments to your chosen provider.
6.6 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our support team immediately at support@cyodor.com. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
7. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
7.1 Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
We ship to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other selected regions. Certain countries or regions may be excluded from our shipping coverage due to customs restrictions, logistics limitations, or regulatory compliance.
7.2 Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery times vary by destination:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2-7 business days.
- Germany & UK: 3-7 business days.
- Other EU Countries: 5-14 business days.
- International Orders: 7-21 business days (subject to customs clearance).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or peak-season demand.
7.3 Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Eligibility
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply for shipments outside the EU.
7.4 Risk of Loss and Damaged Shipments
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If your package arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 5 days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos and order details). If you suspect that your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
7.5 Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. To initiate a return, contact support@cyodor.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
8. Rewards and Promotions
8.1 Loyalty Program and Rewards
We may offer a loyalty rewards program where customers earn points based on purchases. These points can be redeemed for discounts, free products, or exclusive offers. Full details of our loyalty program, including earning and redemption terms, will be provided in a separate policy.
8.2 Promotional Discounts and Coupons
Promotions are subject to availability and expiration dates. Misuse of coupon codes (e.g., using multiple codes on a single order when not permitted) may result in order cancellation. Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
8.3 Giveaways and Contests
Occasionally, we may host giveaways or competitions. Participation is voluntary, and each contest will have separate terms and eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent or manipulative behavior.
9. Affiliate Program
9.1 Affiliate Eligibility and Commission Structure
We offer an affiliate program where partners earn commissions by promoting our products. Affiliate payouts are calculated based on total revenue generated through unique discount codes or referral links. Commission structures may vary based on performance levels.
9.2 Payout Methods and Schedule
Affiliates may choose between two payout options:
- 5% cash payout on revenue generated (paid quarterly).
- 15% in-store credit as coupon codes for future purchases.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Delays in payouts may occur due to verification procedures.
9.3 Affiliate Agreement and Compliance
By joining our affiliate program, affiliates agree to abide by our marketing guidelines. Affiliates engaging in false advertising, misleading claims, or unethical marketing practices will be removed from the program and forfeit unpaid commissions.
10. Environmental and Charitable Contributions
10.1 Sustainability Initiatives
We are committed to sustainable business practices. As part of our initiative, for every order placed, we aim to plant one tree and donate a portion of our proceeds to non-profit organizations supporting environmental conservation.
10.2 Charitable Contributions Disclaimer
While we strive to fulfill these commitments, they are voluntary and non-binding. Delays or modifications to our contribution program may occur due to operational challenges or third-party factors. Customers acknowledge that our charitable initiatives are subject to change and do not constitute contractual obligations.
10.3 Transparency and Reporting
We may periodically provide updates or reports regarding our environmental impact. Customers who wish to learn more about our sustainability efforts can contact support@cyodor.com.
